This dental office is so amazing! The staff is unbelievably friendly and the dentists are great and answer all your questions. Bailey is my hygienist and I will follow her anywhere! She is the ABSOLUTE best!

Amazing team all around! Dr. Parker and Facer are outstanding ! I had a minor dental emergency and was contacted after hours within minutes and had an appointment the next morning! Can’t say enough about these professionals!

It was an absolute pleasure coming into the office yesterday to have my teeth cleaned. The last place I went to across the street in Ladera was nothing like coming in here. I felt so welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. For my first patient exam, Dr. Parker was very thorough and helpful in guiding me on where I should focus to keep my teeth healthy. To top it all off, the hygienist I saw, Bailey, was great and did an amazing job. My teeth have never felt so clean, and I can’t wait to go back!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the kindest, most welcoming team, it honestly feels like you’re visiting friends rather than going to an appointment. Bailey is absolutely incredible. She cleaned my teeth so thoroughly, yet was so gentle the entire time. She made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. On top of that, she took the time to educate me about my teeth and showed me how to properly care for them in a way that actually made sense and felt doable. She’s not only skilled, but truly a joy to be around. The entire office goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. If you’ve ever had anxiety or even PTSD from past dental experiences, this is the place that will completely change that for you. They’ve created such a calm, supportive environment, it’s honestly unmatched. Their technology is also next-level. You can tell they invest in the best tools to give you the highest quality care, and they really take the time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient. Dr. Parker did an incredible job fixing a chipped tooth for me, it looks absolutely perfect. You would never even know it was chipped in the first place. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines expertise, kindness, and truly exceptional care, this is it. I actually look forward to coming back, which is something I never thought I’d say about a dentist!

Everyone I have interacted with has been wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The cost for Invisalign was the least expensive I had found which worried me but the office is amazing. I'm on track to be done on time so that is great as well. Throughout the process everyone has answered my questions and is there if I need them.

I've been a patient at the Dental Collective in Ladera Ranch for two years, and today's visit reminded me why. From the warm welcome at the front desk to a cleaning and x-rays that were actually pleasant, everything ran smoothly — they were on time, and their seamless reminders made sure I never forgot my appointment. My hygienist, Bailey, is fantastic. She explained not just what she was doing but why — like why they measure the pockets around your gums — which made the whole visit feel like a mini dental health lesson (ask for her!). Dr. Parker is supremely competent and, just as important, honest. His advice is focused on what's genuinely best for my teeth, not on what would make the practice the most money. That kind of integrity is rare. The office is truly patient-centered — where else do you find Netflix playing on the ceiling? My teeth feel great, and if you're looking for a dentist in Ladera Ranch, I can't recommend the Dental Collective enough. Five stars.
